IMPORTANT NOTES ON OUR DEEP CLEANING SERVICE
Please read these notes before booking so we can prepare properly, give the correct quotation, and align expectations before the scheduled service.
INCLUSIONS
✓UNLIMITED BUT EFFICIENT TIME
We clean until the agreed scope is complete, while working efficiently to respect your time and utilities.
✓INTERIOR HOME DEEP CLEANING + BALCONY
Includes vacuuming, mopping or steam mopping when needed, scrubbing when necessary, and cleaning of accessible interior areas such as floors, corners, windows within the agreed scope, and areas under movable furniture.
✓BATHROOM DEEP CLEANING
We also do our best to remove stains, soap scum, grime, and buildup.
✓EXTERIOR PORTIONS OF CABINETS, DRAWERS, AND APPLIANCES
We clean the exterior portions of cabinets, drawers, and appliances within the agreed scope.
✓INTERIOR CABINET CLEANING, IF EMPTY
Included if cabinets are empty and ready for cleaning. Otherwise, this is considered an add-on.
✓WALLS AND CEILING
Included except for very high ceilings requiring scaffolding.
✓ODOR REDUCTION
Helps reduce common odors, including cigarette smoke. We may use UV disinfection.
✓STEAM CLEANING UPON REQUEST
We give free steaming of one small or medium couch, or one single or double-size mattress.
Since not all materials are suitable for steaming or high heat, please inform our admin if you would like to request this.
✓UV AND FOGGING DISINFECTION
Included as part of our deep cleaning service.
✓GENERAL ARRANGING
We generally arrange visible items and toiletries so the area looks neat after cleaning.
✓SURFACE CLEANING OF VISIBLE AND REACHABLE MOLDS
We clean visible surface molds. We do not repaint, repair, or restore stains and damage left by old mold.
✓REMOVAL OF DIRT, DUST, GRIME, AND BUILDUP ON TILES AND WALL SURFACES
We remove dirt, dust, grime, and buildup on accessible tiles and wall surfaces within the agreed scope.
EXCLUSIONS / SERVICES THAT REQUIRE ADD-ON FEES
To avoid misunderstanding, please tell us before booking if you would like to include any of the following services:
×DECLUTTERING OR DETAILED ITEM-BY-ITEM CLEANING
This applies when the main concern is clutter, storage, sorting, organizing, or individually cleaning personal belongings such as books, documents, toys, decor, kitchenware, stored items, clothes, and other small items.
If clutter is your main concern, please inform us before booking so we can include our Decluttering Add-On in your quotation.
×EXTERIOR GLASS, EXTERIOR WALLS, AND OUTDOOR AREAS
Available upon request, subject to assessment.
×MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES
Our vacuums will try to reach under them. However, heavy lifting or moving of large or heavy furniture and appliances is not included.
×POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Cement dust, paint marks, debris, and other post-renovation concerns require separate assessment.
×PEST CONTROL, PLUMBING, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE WORK
These are not part of our cleaning service. However, we may coordinate with our pest-control partner upon request.
×PERMANENT STAIN REMOVAL, RESTORATION, OR REPAIR
We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, discoloration, rust, mold damage, watermarks, scratches, or worn-out surfaces.
×HAZARDOUS WASTE, HEAVY PET WASTE, OR BIOHAZARDS
Please disclose these concerns before booking so we can properly assess the safety and scope of the service.
RECOMMENDED ADD-ONS
SOFA, MATTRESS, OR CARPET SHAMPOOING
If you have pets or stain spots, we highly suggest shampoo or deep cleaning of your sofa, mattress, or carpet.
GREASE TRAP OR RANGE HOOD CLEANING
For condominium units, we recommend grease trap or range hood cleaning.
APPLIANCE CLEANING PACKAGE
You may also ask about our appliance cleaning package.
OFFICE CHAIR DEEP CLEANING
Office chair deep cleaning is also available, with bulk discounts.
FIRST-TIME CLIENT DISCOUNT
First-time clients may ask about our 10% discount.
